The way the server works is you have a set of builder ranks, 13 of them going from
Laborer to Construction Operator
That are received from completing the task the rank requires. Each rank comes with a new kit, and some new commands.
The best part about it is at the second rank you receive the /fly command.
This allows for players to build much greater things, or for the creepers out there it makes it easier to creep. )

However even though it is focused on building the server is all survival, on normal difficulty, so do not expect a walk in the park.
