This is a free server, and this is based from ice plains biomes. Really, we did minimized this server lag as much as possible.
as usual, the rules is freaking simple.

NB:you have to register password in this server and start making your house inside your claim. use chest to claim your own 10 X 10 land, and use golden shovel to expand it.
