Crit Damage: 2.50% = Dmg % of Item 10-25 * 2.50% = + DMG
Bonus Rare Stats Attributes:
Life Steal: 3.00%.....................= Chance To Steal Life Per Strike
Fire: 2.00% ............................= Chance to Burn The Opponent
Slow: 2.25%............................= Chance to Slow The Opponent
Wither: 1.20%.......................= Chance To Curse The Opponent
